FRC LAUNCHES ELECTRONIC LICENSING SYSTEM
Within the framework of the Digital Transition program - implemented by the Government of Mongolia - policies and strategies for the digitalization of public services are being developed, and a series of measures implemented.
The FRC took the lead to introduce the Electronic licensing system; and the receiving of complaints and appeals electronically in order to ensure service transparency, and eliminate bureaucracy and decentralization in public services.
Citizens and legal entities may apply electronically for licenses, other permits, and submit registration documents and complaints related to financial institutions through these FRC’s systems. These systems are becoming important solution in the face of coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, and the associated restriction on movement. The FRC is conducting online meetings, discussions and trainings during the quarantine.
With the implementation of the Electronic Licensing System’ all members regulated by the FRC will be able to fully participate in the system, and submit all types of permits electronically. In addition, the system has started to receive applications from newly-added markets, of precious metal and stones, and real estate brokerage, now parts of the Commission’s coordination. The system is practical to use and is characterized by the receipt of relevant documents - and materials requesting a license - with a highly secure digital signature. Applicants for new licenses may use the link below to obtain new user permission.
