Conference forum of initial year implementation of the “Operation strategic 2012-2016 of Financial regulatory commission” will be conducted between 09.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. in April 26, 2013, conference hall of the Mongolbank.

Commission, Chairman and members of Supervisory council of Commission, “Mongolian Stock Exchange” JSC, “Securities clearing house and central depository” LLC, delegations of regulatory sectors’ professional associations, and all employees of Commission will participate in this conference forum.

Following issues deliberated and adopted at the regular meeting of the Commissioners Board on March 27, 2013

One. On securities:

• Ordinary shares issued by “Altanduulga” JSC securities listing has been amended due to UVS Province Privatization Commission issued resolution 8 in 1995 de-list reduced shares.

• Affiliated shareholders of the “UFC Food” JSC’s shareholder O.Amartuvshin, N. Tserenbat, D.Gombo and L.Munkhnaran expressed their interest to purchase other shareholders securities in the market therefore the Commission granted 60 days permission to purchase other shares in the market, the permission to purchase date starts from March 27, 2013.

• Affiliated shareholders of the “Tegsh” JSC shareholder D.Ganbat, G.Munkh-Erden and “Elegant Town” LLC’s expressed their interest to purchase other shareholders securities in the market therefore the Commission granted 60 days permission to purchase other shares in the market, the permission to purchase date starts from March 27, 2013.

• “AI Trading” LLC’s Securities Market Investment Advisory Service license has revoked by the Commission.
