The Insurance department meeting with some representatives of insurance companies took place on 22 February, 2010 to discuss about auto insurance and driver’s liability insurance. These two insurance types are distinctive in the sense that they have many insurers and the occurrence of insurance risks is seen more common. Thus there are numerous disputes over insurance indemnity. There are two general reasons for the cause of the disputes. First, insurance policy terminologies are imprecise and ambiguous. Second, the insured are negligent and the information delivered by the insurers to insured is inadequate.

 At the end of the meeting, the both sides expressed their thoughts on potential cooperation to abolish these issues.
