One. Microfinance related

Revoked the licenses of the following cooperatives to carry out savings and credit cooperatives, respectively.

Two. Securities related
The Commission approved Regulation on registration and licensing of credit rating agency.
Amendment has been made to “Amount of regulatory service fees to be collected from licensees to participate on the securities market” approved by the resolution No.156,(2007) of FRC.
Approved the tender offer made by affiliated persons of Shariin gol, JSC.
Delisted the securities of Uguuj Sumber JSC, Auto 28 JSC, Khash ord JSC, Khailaast JSC, Ilch Arkhangai JSC, respectively.
Delisted some of securities of Tuul songino usnii nuts, JSC.
Suspended the license of Erdenest, LLC to conduct broker& dealers activity on the securities market.
The Commission has made a decision to make certain changes in trading software in order to prevent from wash trading.
Three. Insurance related
Granted license to Loyalty solution, LLC to conduct insurance intermediary activity and license to Vendo, LLC to conduct insurance loss assessor activity, respectively.
Revoked the license of UIC insurance, LLC to carry out ordinary insurance activity.
