Extended the license of BATS, LLC to carry out broker-dealer’s activity in the securities market, the license of Frontier, LLC to run broker-dealer and underwriter’s activity, the license of BD Sec, LLC to conduct investment advisory service and the license of Zeus capital, LLC to run broker-dealer’s activity and to provide investment advisory service in the securities market respectively

FRC has approved a certificate for registering a legal entity who is licensed and its activity is registered in compliance with the “Regulation for registering and licensing of credit rating agency”, approved by the FRC decree No. 97 in 2010.

“Tuul Songino Water Resource” JSC has changed its name into “Mongolia Development Resource” JSC and “Chatsargana” JSC has changed its name into “Uvs chatsargana” JSC. Accordingly an obligation has been given to adjust the FRC’s securities registration.
